I have been trying to make one soup per week to stretch a couple days. It’s so nice to know I don’t have to cook dinner after a long day at work! Some of these will be on repeat a couple times throughout the month. I’ve felt pretty lazy lately, and I’m struggling to be motivated and productive with my meal planning.
You’d be surprised to know you can make MOST of these things pretty low carb! Just have to omit some things, but you can still enjoy them!
