Happy November! Anyone who knows me knows that I love making goals / lists / etc. I have a tendency of making too many goals and making lists that are too long. It can get overwhelming! I want to simplify my life a little bit. I feel like I am always running around and not accomplishing anything. I’ve been trying to set just a handful of goals each month to focus on. I’m hoping this is a successful things for me in the months to come!
My goals for November are :
- Continue to simplify & organize. Purge things we don’t need, and organize the things we do. Try and make my life run a little smoother in that way.
- Make healthy choices. I need to get more sleep at night, and I need to make better decisions about what I put in my body during the day.
- Read. I have so many great books and I wish I could find the time (and the energy, I’m always too tired to read at night) to read them. Yesterday I was reading the Washington Post, which is something I don’t think I’ve ever done before, and it felt good to my brain to read!
- Follow a better routine. I think by following a better routine that all my other goals will fall in to place, and be easier to accomplish.
