I’m a planner – and I like having a schedule.  If not, I’m all over the place and it seriously messes with every aspect of my day.  The biggest problem it causes me is stress and feeling down on myself.  Mostly because I feel like I’m at the end of my day and I accomplished absolutely NOTHING during the day.

I was feeling especially down because I’m not being active like I need to be.  I feel like such a slob and so “blah”.  A friend suggested that I schedule my workout times – that’s perfect for me since I like things to be scheduled.

Below is my CRAZY daily schedule.  I’m sure for some of you this is so ridiculous – and that’s fine.  This is what I need.. I need structure.. and if I follow this schedule I think I will have that.  Hopefully I don’t have to many TOO many tweaks on it  throughout the weeks ahead!
