When checking out these schedules, realize that life is FUN and you don’t need to follow a schedule 100% of the time. Don’t feel like a failure if you don’t get everything done on your “to-do” list. Schedules should be used as a guide – but allow for LIFE to happen and God’s will to overcome any plans you may have for the day. I’m a planner – and I like having a schedule. If not, I’m all over the place and it seriously messes with every aspect of my day. The biggest problem it causes me is stress and feeling down on myself. Mostly because I feel like I’m at the end of my day and I accomplished absolutely NOTHING during the day.
I was feeling especially down because I’m not being active like I need to be. I feel like such a slob and so “blah”. A friend suggested that I schedule my workout times – that’s perfect for me since I like things to be scheduled.
Below is my CRAZY daily schedule. I’m sure for some of you this is so ridiculous – and that’s fine. This is what I need.. I need structure.. and if I follow this schedule I think I will have that. Hopefully I don’t have to many TOO many tweaks on it throughout the weeks ahead!
