Valentine’s Day is approaching fast, and I think we are all a little eager for Spring to come, so I thought I’d start this month off with a sweet recipe to encompass both. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed how my taste has changed from wanting chocolate (and only chocolate) to wanting fruit desserts. They feel fresh and light, and just make me happy.
